Die 3. Armeegruppe wurde während der Feldzüge des Macharius von General Tarka kommandiert. Sie gehörte zum rechten Flügel der Feldzüge und stieß über Adrantis V vor. Sie wurde 397.M41 aufgelöst und verteilte sich als Garnisonsmacht in den eroberten Gebieten.
