Phantomseher sind speziell ausgebildete Runenleser der Eldar, die vor allem auf dem Weltenschiff Iyanden vorkommen. Ihre Aufgabe ist der Umgang mit den Seelen toter Eldar in der Unendlichkeitsmatrix. Im Kampf übernehmen Phantomseher die Führung von Phantomdroidentrupps.
