Phillips war Generalfeldmarschall Solar. 380.M41 wurde er von Macharius aus der Gefangenschaft von Roxane Mountjoy befreit. Er fiel 386.M41 bei der Landung auf Lemortes, sein Nachfolger wurde sein Stellvertreter Macharius.
