Aus Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum
Arbitrator Foreboding war Ende M41 ein populärer Holo-Charakter, zumindest im Segmentum Ultima. Einer seiner Leitsprüche lautete "The Imperium never sleeps". Er bekämpfte Kriminelle, Häretiker und Mutanten mit Überzeugung und einer großen Pistole.

Die Inspiration hier ist wahrscheinlich Judge Dredd, was nicht nur durch den Namen ((böse) Vorahnung - dread/foreboding) deutlich wird.
