Allgemeine Infos über mich und das LEXICANUM

Seid gegrüßt und willkommen im LEXICANUM :)

Eines schönen Abends kamen einige Leute vom Forenplanet in einem IRC-Channel (zugegebenermaßen auf thematischen Umwegen) auf die Idee, dass es doch klasse wäre, wenn es eine Art zentraler Datenbank zum facettenreichen Warhammer bzw. Warhammer 40.000-Universum gäbe. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurden natürlich wilde Ideen und Vorhaben gesponnen, da es etwas Vergleichbares bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht gab, aber es dauerte natürlich noch eine ganze Weile, bis daraus etwas Konkretes wurde, aber irgendwann fingen wir tatsächlich an, etwas auf die Beine zu stellen. Das Ergebnis unserer Bemühungen könnt Ihr hier ja sehen.

Danksagung

Ich möchte die Gelegenheit nutzen, mich bei allen zu bedanken, die dieses Vorhaben möglich machen, insbesondere natürlich dem Lexicanum-Team, dem Sphärentor- und Kriegshammer-Team, aber auch explizit den anderen assoziierten Personen, die auf verschiedenste Weise geholfen haben, z.B. Sho von Forenplanet und den anderen Nutzern dieser Foren.

Den Namen kenn ich doch? Oh nein, nicht der schon wieder...

Mein Nickname mag dem einem oder anderen vielleicht bekannt vorkommen, ich bin unter diesem Namen in vielen Warhammer-relevanten Foren (sowohl deutsch- als auch englischsprachigen) angemeldet, obwohl sich meine Hauptaktivität natürlich in den oben genannten Bereichen abspielt.

Funktionen im LEXICANUM

Selbstwahrnehmung als zwanghafter Archivarius

Hier im LEXICANUM übe ich die Funktion eines Sysop und z. T. eines Bureaucrat aus, das heisst, Ihr werdet meine Signatur in einigen Diskussionen und eher administrativ gefärbten Themen finden. Ich versuche, meine Aufgaben so gut wie möglich auszuführen, aber hey, jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben, also nicht gleich beleidigt sein, wenn meine Kommentare manchmal etwas schroff oder einsilbig ausfallen mögen.

Kontaktmöglichkeiten

Fragen und Anliegen, die das LEXICANUM im Allgemeinen betreffen, können an die unter Hilfe angegebenen Kontaktmöglichkeiten gerichtet werden, ansonsten kann ich die aber auch an die zuständigen Leute weitergeben, insofern es außerhalb meiner Möglichkeiten liegen sollte, das Problem selbst zu beheben.

My favourite theory is that the Primarchs of the Various legions landed on completely peaceful worlds and we're not in any great need of unifying warrior gods. So they took up flower arranging and law school respectively.

After they were re-united with the Imperium there was a breif period of time when superhuman warriors would kick down the doors of alien fortresses, and leave having adequately decorated the walls with complementary flora. Subpoenas would be delivered by powered armored Lawyers from space via drop pod.
The Emperor decreed that the 'Petal Lords' and 'Dark Suits' be purged shortly after and their names be striken from the record to save the Imperium from Embaressment and Lawyers respectively.

Please remember that Sisters of Battle (indeed, the entire Ecclesiarchy) did not exist at the time of the Heresy. Nor did the Tau, so heresy era space goats will not appear unless they do a farm expansion.
